The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Cindy is EXTREMELY rude and not helpful at all.. not to mention her horrible attitude. This company should most definitely look into teaching their employees customer service and how to deal with people over the phone. I would be embarrassed to hire people who deal with customers the way that she does.

I called yesterday for the after hours tech to come look at the water meter leak of my 93 year old father in -law (Willis Liles) I drove from Brookland 30 miles to get down there to meet him.
After I called three more times the tech called me back at around 6:30 and I asked him where he was at and he said Paragould and then I asked what he was doing and he said he was eating and said he would be down after eating. I left to go home at 7:43 and he had not come yet. I was an electronic tech for fifty years and if someone call and I was eating I would have hurried and got down there before it got dark and solved the problem.

This company has THE RUDEST customer service reps i have EVER dealt with! Cindy and Paula very much need a workshop on customer service! We have asked for a manager to call us back 3 times yet only ever get to talk to these RUDE ladies. Cindy hung up on me today after being very hateful!

Sad to see people complaining yet isn't that what people do? Not here, I would like to praise western greene county water, for they are quick to respond to outages, and give steps on how to renew water before consumption if an outage occurs. So, western greene County water, I thank you.
