Fan and solar panel works great. Very durable. Barn flipped in two storms and panel and fans are perfect. Great customer service and communication. Would purchase again.

I'm not sure what this guy's problem is. It's clear that others have experienced the rude and horrible customer service of this company. DO NOT GIVE THIS GUY YOUR MONEY!!

I've never left a review before and I feel the need to warn others, took over a month to get in touch with someone and when I did, he called me and decided to blame me for choosing the shipping option that his website allowed.

This fan setup rocks! They move air VERY WELL in full sun. Its the perfect pair for our greenhouse. There are 2 vent windows on the roof and I have these fans mounted so they shoot the hot air right out. Since they are only really needed in the full hot sun they work great. I have them set on the high setting and the 25W panel has enough power to keep them running full blast.

DO NOT GIVE THIS GUY YOUR MONEY!!! Heed to all the other warnings on here. Multiple people with the SAME EXACT COMPLAINTS. I ordered back in August 2023 and still nothing. Requested a refund in which I got this email in return
"I did say that if we did not have it to you by the 15th, I would issue a refund to you and a 1 time courtesy for this specific pre order. We are still about a week away from your order arriving with others that are in the cue shipping and received prior to your pre order. We are still a week out from your pre order, so I will issue a refund this week.
The time involved in pre order is predicated on how quickly pre orders are received and in what quantity, if at all. My apology that you did not or maybe do not understand, however as a courtesy for your specific pre order I will issue a full refund."

STILL no product and NO REFUND. Emailed him again today and he is unprofessional, threatening and rude. Called me a scammer, yet he has my money and I have no product...lol

He will rebuttal to this review as if I am the crazy one just like he did to all of the other negative reviews. Its simply a deflection on the lack of his commitment for customer service and the fact that he cant and wont provide you with what you paid for!!

We needed a solar fan for our firewood business in HI to try to dry the wood faster. Needless to say shipping to HI from the mainland can be pricey, but Chris from Western Harmonics was amazing. Went out of his way to get us the best price, called back and emailed immediately to handle the issue and answered quite a few of our questions. Especially in the day and age of lack with regards to customer service and the almost extinct ability to reach anyone on the phone, we are beyond happy and satisfied with the solar fan and the service. Highly recommend.

I am very satisfied with my 18 inch solar powered fan.I live in Texas and there is plenty of sun here for my fan to run high. Chris kept me informed on the status of my fan and solar panel. Shipping took longer than expected but was understandable considering the covid 19 outbreak. I can honestly say I love this fan and so does my 77 year old mother. We use it on my patio deck and when I have here here visiting she loves to sit outside in the shade with my fan keeping her cool . I will definitely be purchasing from this company again. Quality powered solar fan and excellent communication.

Have had good experiences with this company AND their products. They produce high quality solar powered products at fair prices. I especially appreciate their 20" fans. Customer service is good as well, I always get a reply back. The only thing I notice is when they run out of a product and there is a wait... but it still beats buying a cheaply made product from China which will most likely break in a couple months. I appreciate Western Harmonics and occasionally I will browse through their website to see what new items they have in stock. Highly recomend them!

SCAM! I ordered solar fans August 15th. Chris said they were in stock and would be sent out that week. A couple weeks went by with no confirmation that they were sent out, so I started checking in every month, and every month he said they would be sent out the next week. Finally at the end of October, I asked for my money back as the product had never been sent. Chris refused. He said that I and several others were going to make him go bankrupt with our demands for money back. Since that last conversation his phone number has been turned off and there is no other way to contact him directly. Do not trust this company or Chris with your money, they are frauds.
