Terrence the technician was outstanding with his thoroughness and thoughtfulness throughout the entire service process. He explained everything and provided pictures and commentary on the work that was performed.

Jason did a good job—efficient and clear explanation. However, the technician scheduled for my appointment yesterday did not show and did not contact me to tell that he would not come. I had to call White Mechanical and reschedule for this morning. I had hurried to be home in time for the appointment yesterday and was most disappointed by the no-show. Jason arrived on time this morning.

In the midst of our recent heat wave, received a call from one of my tenants at our apartment building that their A/C had stopped working. It was Saturday AM and I was concerned that there wouldn't be a tech available over the weekend. To my pleasant surprise, White Mechanical was able to respond Saturday afternoon. The Tech, Jason, quickly diagnosed the problem as a failed blower capacitor, replaced it, and soon the AC was restored for my tenant! My tenant was thrilled, and as a concerned landlord, I was too!

I was very pleased with this company when they installed my AC unit because of the professional crew that was courteous and personal.
