White Mountain Heating & Cooling in Show Low was so was responsive when we called to see if they could move our A/C condenser on our back patio to the side of the house. Krystan came out within a couple days to give us a quote and was thorough and answered all of our questions. We accepted the quote and they scheduled the move in about 2 weeks. The team Woody and Denton texted us that they were on their way and they got here when expected. The lead Joe, showed up shortly after.

They were extremely nice and went right to work. We expected it to take 4 to 5 hours based on the quote and they finished in just about 5 hours. We were very impressed with their professionalism and expertise. They didn't try to up-sell us on anything and we now know if we need any work on our heating or A/C that we will call them. Having moved to Snowflake from Colorado last August, we didn't have any real contacts for this, but went by their great Web site and the awards they had won. I would not hesitate to recommend them to our friends and neighbors. Everyone from the people in the office to the field reps were awesome. The pictures show before and after views.

Update:
The crew came out to install new ducts, a new furnace, a new thermostat, and a new ac unit. The house is a bit older and presented some difficulties, but this crew figured out a solution and worked nonstop until everything was complete. Joe and his team did an excellent job! If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Great company! They are knowledgeable, kind, efficient, and they respond quickly. Chris was great with the quote and talking to us about the process. He really delivered a terrific customer experience! They truly care about their customers. Don't waste your time going anywhere else!

Very pleased with the service we had yesterday. Unfortunately we need a new unit as ours is very old. They offered to fix it but we want a new unit. We are hoping they can help us as it is getting very warm. They have helped us keep our current unit running well throughout the years.

So happy with our new heating/cooling unit, and couldn't recommend White Mountain Heating and Cooling highly enough to match our experience.

The entire process was straightforward, and they delivered literally and figuratively. Krystan made the perfect recommendation for our mobile home. They even removed our 40 yr old built in furnace. Everything went exactly as they said it would, was finished more quickly than we imagined, and we've never been more comfortable.

Filed Lawsuit – Strong Warning About This Contractor

Review:
We have officially filed a lawsuit in Superior Court against White Mountain Heating & Cooling of Show Low, AZ.

This contractor is operating with a suspended license, and the Arizona Registrar of Contractors has allowed it to continue. We paid $14,950.00 for a full HVAC installation, which was never installed correctly. The condensate line was sloped in reverse, causing repeated water damage to our remodeled home. We’ve also had over $1,600 in emergency repair bills to correct their mistakes.

They sent 4 different crews to the property, and none of them resolved the issue. The original installer even admitted to a 5-gallon water leak caused by their faulty install — in writing.

We strongly advise anyone considering White Mountain Heating & Cooling to check their license status and reconsider.
