White Mountain Solar team is amazing!!! We could not be more excited about and happy with the system they have installed. The entire team was great!!!! I asked a multitude of questions and they have been so good about answering every, single, one. I am still learning this system and they have been very patient with me. Six new panels, inverter/charger with DC converter, two lithium batteries and a whollleeeee bunch of power to keep us going for a long time. Thank you, thank you Ben, Matthew, Ken, Joe and all!!!!

We have had our system for about 2 years now. The installation was fantastic and I left a review when it was finished. For budgetary reasons, we opted to go with the old style AGM batteries, which was a big mistake on our part!

Two weeks ago, when we got to our property from Tucson, the system was not working, I reset things and it all seemed good, until about 11 pm. To make a long story short, the excessive heat the past two summers took a toll on the batteries. I contacted Ben and Matt on Wednesday morning, they had a tech up that afternoon to let us know we needed to replace the batteries. We gave them the go ahead that afternoon, and by 10:30 Friday morning we were better than new! This time we went with the Lithium Ion batteries, which were a far better value. We increased our capacity by 50% and it still was less than the lead acid ones.

I just want to thank Ben, Matt and everyone at WMS for their professionalism, courtesy, honesty and quick response. Their service is A+++ and they are extremely fair with their pricing. I recommend them to anyone for their solar needs!

The work was done when promised and the system is perfect for our needs. We are completely off grid and it has taken us some time to adapt. They have helped use make this transition. Showed up when they were supposed to. Did a clean professional job. Cleaned up their mess. Worked their butts off. The guy who reprogrammed my charge controller and inverter explained enough to me so that I would know if everything is working properly or not. No misbehavior of any sort. The really big deal is that they beat another local solar company on price by 50%. That’s unheard of. These guys are the ones to call if you want to save $

Women new to solar beware. The owner is a real jerk. His daughter is awsome and so is his help. But I’ve gone there several times and I’ll being going elsewhere in the future. Sad thing is he could have sold at least 1 more panel if he’d bothered to talk to
Me.. the owner of the system and not the man who just went to pick them up. I started out with just over 2000kw hours of input and now I’m under 1600?my friend offered to go buy another one. I told him not to bother.

We have had our system for a year and love it. We had two crazy wind bursts that took some panels off the mount and one broke. They came out the next day and replaced it at no charge. I really appreciate how they fixed the issues after the install.

Ben patiently answered all my questions before I placed the order, guiding me to find the system that would provide the most power within my budget. That’s just part of the amazing. Delaney explained and demonstrated the components to me when I showed up at the shop to pick up my kit. She plugged everything in and turned it all on so that the written instructions I’d use at home were made absolutely clear, even for an electrical dummy like me!

Ben, Delaney and Ken are the best. Ben sized and designed a system for my needs. I'm in a remote location hours from Show Low and would be doing the installation on my own.
