I had a meeting with Ryan Bays and Rama kristam they requested $1,250 retainer which I paid they never provided me with signed and sealed construction plans as agreed upon kept my retainer sent me to collection trying to use the lien law to strong-arm more money from me very unprofessional unethical and incompetent company and turned my dream into a nightmare I'm currently in the process of filing complaint against them with the professional Board of Engineers and in the process I'm filing a lawsuit stay away from WHOLE HOUSE ENGINEERING !!!
