FIND AN ALTERNATIVE PRODUCT!! STAY CLEAR FROM THIS GARBAGE!

Negative 5 stars!! Close your doors and go home.
The last 2 installs, we've been shipped bad heat exchangers new out of the box.
Come to find out from other installers, this is a common issue.
Where in the hell is the quality control
If you decide to buy from this company, you've been warned.

Update 7/23/24
Another one leaking from the factory. Bad soldier joint! Plus it had a bad solenoid! Don't you people test these before you ship ?

Wilbur Curtis Co., Inc. has the best service I've ever encountered!! Superb customer service when doing pickups. Friendly staff, that truly cares about their BRAND and image. I would highly recommend them against the competition like Bun-Bum, which is probably their fiercest competitor!!

If you want a quality commercial coffee machine thats going to brew great coffee and last I wouldn't recommend any other brand. I had a Curtis coffee maker at my office and we used it everyday. It brewed delicious coffee and never gave us any problems.

I like the product but not the customer service. I recently contacted the company about a broken lid on one of their airpots that we use at our coffee shop and I was told that everything had to go through the supply company that we got it through. I get the feeling they don't stand behind their product and were giving me the run around. In the future I will look for a different company to supply the equipment at our coffee shop.

This is the slowest place when picking up for delivery. The least ive ever waited was an hour and there was no bosy else picking up. Customer service is poor stay away if you value your time.

Not worthy of even the 1 star! This company has suffered greatly from the SEB Professional purchase. Customer representatives are rude and tell us - the CUSTOMER that we are doing procedures wrong!!! Who ever thought that a vendor would blame their customer for Their Own Poor Communication? I guess they don't need customers!!!

I have been proud supporter of Curtis for many years. But since they have been bought out by SEB it has been a struggle to say the least. We cannot get any parts, i cannot get anyone to respond and when we use them for service we cannot get calls completed or even updates, Its a shame they can do better if they are allowed.
