Just switched to WildStar. So far, connection is great. Too soon to speak on long term reliability. What I can say is that the customer service in setting the whole thing up was phenomenal. I was actually able to talk to real people. From my area. Installer was also top notch. Good dude named Tyler. He was properly communicative, extraordinarily friendly (especially for us being his last job of the day) and knowledgeable of his trade.

We called in on Tuesday to sign up for service and they were very easy to speak with and efficient. David, our installer, showed up Thursday, on time, and installed the new system in about 90 minutes. We were able to connect prior to him leaving and everything was working, the area all cleaned up and we lowered our monthly bill (Cox) by over $100 per month by moving over to WildStar Networks. Thank you so much and I look forward to spreading the word as your company continues to out-preform the mega-providers and gains more customers.

Jason came out and hooked our service up quick, quietly and professionally! He was super nice and patient with my very curious toddler. Explained everything he was doing, connected my home TV and waited to make sure I could connect other devices without a problem. He even cleaned up behind himself! Jason represented Wildstar very well!
