The people who work here are so rude!! they waste our time, have you sitting for an appointment that will take them 2 hours just to call your name, just to tell you we have to see labs first. They do not think logically when it comes to the rings that they send the patients through. I will say that the providers have been very good the few times that I have went but everyone that you encounter before seeing the provider is irritating and will make things hard for the patient!

This place has zero care for their patients. I took my gf to here appointment to get here meds and see the doctor. The doctor cant even do their job and send the meds to the pharmacy before the weekend. Now she has to wait another week before she gets her mental health meds. what a sad excuse for a health department.

I always try to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but it can be tiring. I wait months for an appointment just for them to cancel the day of. And often, they don’t call me to let me know- I find out by calling or even showing up. Then they’re booked out for months. My doctor, when she does see me, does NOT seem knowledgeable or capable. It’s hard to reach EVERYONE or ANYONE. I often get hung up on. Sick and tired of being sick and tired with no help!

I have been attempting to make contact for issues with substance abuse and haven't been able to reach a live phone attendant. My symptoms are becoming reckless in maintaining relationships and I have concerns that there isn't adequate services to address immediate assistance for relapse. I left a message for follow up and appointment 7 days ago and have yet to receive a call back. I wonder why this is so
My health is important to me and I would have thought a response for serious issues suh as mine would be met with compassion.

To be able to make a comment to rate you have to give atleast 1 star, but I honestly would rather give 0 or negative stars if possible.. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. literally no one ever. I've sat down and made meals with my children or played with my children with my phone on speaker phone, volume turned up all the way just waiting for ANYONE to pickup. It's impossible. The longest I've been on "hold" with the music that goes in and out is over an hour.. almost 2 hours. And then the phone just hangs up, so then i have to call back, and back and back all day long or over multiple days... i have spent multiple days just hitting any extension in hopes that someone would answer and NO ONE EVER ANSWERS. When my eldest was born, he had a pediatric doctor there, but I could never call and talk to anyone to schedule an appointment, he now sees a different pediatrician. I've needed medication refills, and no answer. Took me 2 weeks to schedule a dental appointment for my eldest child . It's impossible. Yes, there are some very amazing doctors and some staff who do amazing work, and I keep coming back only because of them... maybe hire someone to answer and transfer calls? Or take messages or something. Took me 7 calls to finally confirm with someone today about a medication refill.

The lady at the birth and death records office was very rude. Made us feel like we weren't welcome. Sorry you had to do your job I guess.
