So far I’ve had a holding tank and booster pump installed. Ryan Mason has been the tech coming out and doing the work and has been a great contact person. I’ve text him and he’s responded back within the hour as well as stopping by after work to help get water going once we had it delivered. He even stopped to send photos of the work he’s completed. Looking forward to having our well drilled soon. Thanks for all the help Ryan.

Scott Willis's Willis Drilling did a really great job for us. The first time I called the company I was able to speak with Scott at length and he guided me step by step through the entire process and choices. They permitted and drilled the well and installed the complete turn-key system, from pump to pressure tank. The drilling crew was really nice, very knowledgeable, and completely focused on getting to good, clean and abundant water. Willis' prices were competitive, and the lead-time was very reasonable. Even better, they started drilling on schedule, and completed the well & pumping system in one week. I highly recommend Scott and his crew. These guys are experienced professionals and they know inside and out the local aquifer.

These guys are awesome! We had no water and they were able to make it out on the same day. The issue ended up only being the pressure switch but I would not hesitate to use them again.

I was extremely pleased with the prompt and expert service Willis Drilling and Pump provided when my well pump went out recently. Chris laid out my options and gave me an estimate of costs, depending on what turned out to be wrong with the system. Technician Ryan and his helper Anthony did the actual work, determining that I needed a new pump, pressure switch, electrical wire to the pump, and pressure tank - an almost complete overhaul of the system. They then quickly but carefully installed and checked the new components, except for the pressure tank, which needed to be special ordered since I am allergic to the butyl rubber bladder in the tanks they had in stock. Ryan really knows what he is doing and is excellent at his job. They both worked hard to get the system back up and running in one day, putting air in the old pressure tank as a temporary measure to make sure I had water while waiting for the special-order tank. Chris ordered the tank and, when that came in, Ryan and Anthony came right out to install it and fine tune the system to the pressure I requested. Throughout the process, everyone was competent, upbeat, friendly, willing to accommodate my special needs and to answer questions. I highly recommend Willis Drilling.

Called spoke with Chris twice about servicing our pumps in Greer AZ. He told me the second time he would put us on the schedule. Never called back as to when he would be here ti do the work. If he doesn't want to service the Greer area he should say so. The initial install install was 98 percent complete. They never returned to finish the insulation. They must have known we have a bad GFCI that ran our heat strip so the plugged it into a plug that was not controlled. By doing this the heat strip ran 24/7. You could blame the technician, but the blame falls on the owner.

I won't be calling them again.

Our well stopped working. I called Willis at 8am the next morning and they had a service team headed my way by 9am. They worked their butts off. The work area was very humid and hot. They just kept on working. Good dudes. Now the same day that I called them our system is back up. Call these guys.

Pump quit working, thought it was the solar unit. Called yesterday spoke with Chris and Ryan Mason came out same day and put in a new pump. Aprently the first pump was put in to low, mud plugged it up and guit. Old pump is still down at bottom, no big deal. Work done less than a year ago. Willis is a top notch contractor, that's why we picked them. Had problem and on it fast. Great company!

I didn't catch the names of the crew members who drilled my well, but I wish I did - they were great! I really enjoyed watching them work the drilling rig, and I give them credit for putting up with all my questions! They were friendly, efficient, and really knew their stuff. The same kudos go to Tyler and Brandon who installed all the pump equipment. They were both a wealth of information, and did a great job getting me set up! I highly recommend this company!!
