My husband and I recently toured the property and we were amazed not only by the amenities and proximity to Disney, but also by the incredible service we received.

Eddy was friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to answer all of our questions. Ultimately, we decided to move forward with a different property in the area due to other factors. However, I would definitely say the service we received here was far better than some of the other complexes we toured.

Aside from the service and amenities, the complex seemed very clean and well maintained. I will definitely recommend checking out this complex to other friends who are looking for a new home.

My husband and I are considering relocating to a well-maintained, affordable, and family-friendly apartment complex. During our tour of the Windermere apartment complex, Eddie, the property management representative, stood out for his diligence and hospitality. He assured us that the living standards would surpass our expectations.
Overall, we were pleased with the tour and the excellent level of service provided. While the commute is much closer for me, it’s less convenient for my husband, which remains a key consideration.

As of next week we will be living here at Windermere Cay for eight years, and we recently have renewed our lease for another year. My wife and I cannot say enough about how much we love our little community. Jennifer and her office staff are wonderful, they are all extremely helpful and attentive with any concern or issue brought to their attention. They have done amazing job of organizing different events through out the years for the holidays or just something for fun. This past year they have introduced bringing food trucks to our community that from what I can see the residents are really enjoying. The maintenance staff is top notch. The maintenance team is very knowledgeable and professional in all aspects of maintaining the buildings and the amenities here at Windermere Cay. The amenities also are fabulous, such as the two pools, a beautifully equipped state of the are gym, three outdoor kitchens, and outdoor lounge areas, a game room, business center, dog park and our own secure Amazon Hub package delivery station. The grounds are well kept and the neighborhood is nice and also quiet, and neighbors are friendly. Windermere Cay is also perfectly located out of the way, but so close too so many things to do here in central Florida. I can't safe enough about the wonderful experience we've experienced since moving here from Maine right years ago. If you're looking for an apartment community, I highly recommend Windermere Cay Luxury Apartments as a place to look at for your next home. Thank you Windermere Cay for a wonderful eight years! We have been living here in this community for over a year and a half and we absolutely love it. From the front office to maintenance everything has been perfect. Eddie and Fred have been really awesome since we have started living here always being friendly and welcoming, and any issues with had with maintenance was resolved in less than a few days. The accommodations are awesome as well. I would recommend this place to everyone and another perk is we get to see fireworks and be close to disney. Can't beat that as well.

Poor customer service that impacted our decision:

We visited Windermere Cay Apartments today to view a unit, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing due to the service we received. The person who attended to us was not friendly and made us feel as though we were unwelcome. He met with us outside and didn’t even let us enter the office. He also didn’t show us the amenities, which is an essential part of evaluating a potential place to live. Additionally, the information about the property, such as the additional fees, was only obtained because I grabbed a brochure, as he didn’t take the time to provide it.

This level of customer service significantly impacted our perception of the property and negatively influenced our decision to consider it as a living option. We hope this review helps improve the experience for future visitors.

We have lived at Windermere Cay for over 7 years and it is peaceful and everyone is super friendly. Its proximity to Disney/work is very convenient ( it’s even within walking distance for some!). Christy Duryee Asst. Office Mgr. in the office has been a life saver whenever we need any assistance! All of the office and maintenance staff has always been on point with any requests going above and beyond. We will be moving out soon due to circumstances beyond our control. Sadly we cannot take this amazing group of people along with us to continue to help out. We have loved our time in this community.
