It's been a horrible experience. I've been dealing with issues since January 1st, 2022 and I'm still waiting. They made a mess of my roof, several leaks for two years, and did a mediocre job painting the ceiling on the leaks; they don't know anything about roofing.
The Cherry on the pie, they will put a lien on your house!
As a homeowner, please be aware that you don't deserve this... Two years with no benefits but many problems, and I'm still waiting for them to change a piece...two months...this is insane.
I hope the rainy season doesn't surprise me again.

Have needed the tech to come out and service our system twice already with less than a year installed. Tech “fixed” last issue but inside the enphase box everything was loose and panel came off, none of the screws were tightened but it seems like it doesn’t fit right so rather than fixing it, they left it as is. Horrible service, sale process was smooth but the sales person was inexperienced, rude and arrogant. I would use another company if I could go back.

Edited this review. After I contacted office about my system disconnecting they sent a tech replaced some parts and got it fixed. Have not had any issues with my system since then, thank you!

I would avoid, one of their guys clearly can’t read since he made it past two separate no soliciting signs to still push the solicitation through my door so hard that it was halfway past the seal on my door and into my house. If that’s even somewhat reflective (yay puns!) of the rest of the business, they’re subpar. 🙂

After you sign the contract, no contact.

Having someone speak to you in English is like pulling teeth!

They put you on hold until they can find someone who speaks English, wtf, Hire bi-lingual support!
