Lack of communication with these people, taking almost two months to fix my phone had screen fixed but they broke my vibration part ordered the wrong one and I'm still waiting every time I call I get I'm going to cal u back and they never do....last time going here need to communicate better with paying customers

Third time using Wiregrass Technologies.
This was the same company that was on the circle but have moved to their new spot on South Brannon Stand Road, just south of Fortner Street.
Second time they repaired my Samsung S 8 phone screen...this time the back also.
They had to order the parts, which arrived pretty quickly.
Dropped my phone off to them and in two hours, it was back like new!
Fast friendly service with competitive pricing.
I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend others to them.

The staff are incredibly friendly and personable. Granted, I never go anywhere anymore due to COVID, but talking to the team at Wiregrass Technologies was the highlight of my day. They fixed my phone way faster than promised, cleaned it up better than new, AND put a glass cover over the new screen, so that it didn't break the very next day when my 2 year-old threw it on the floor. Also, I shopped around, and they beat the best price I found by 25%. I will definitely be back. 🙂

My phone has been cracked pretty bad for a while. Just less than an hour of their service and it came back looking brand new with a tempered glass included. I highly recommend people to go here if they need their phone repaired. The staff are super friendly and it is was just overall a great customer service experience. Worth the price too! ?

It's great to do business locally with a company that will stand behind their work! I had a broken iphone 6s screen and it was fixed in 30 - 45 minutes.They also provide a 90 day guarantee on their work. Very professional. Incredibly disappointed. Needed a battery replaced in a Samsung S7. I was told the part was ordered and I could come in that weekend for a 1 hour job and I would be set. After 3 weeks of excuses and obvious disregard for customer service the part is still not here and/or I haven't been contacted like I was promised I would be. I tried to give them my business 3 weeks in a row and was turned away every time.
