Ever since it changed over to Mallory, its horrible. excessive wait times, personnel taking orders over the phone do not know what product is. Never once mentioned they changed their times of operation ,now they close at 4pm etc.... I can keep going

Poor customer service with excessive wait times. Order was wrong 2 out of 2 times. Lack of basic common courtesy with bad-tempered and unfriendly. Employees.
