I had Wisler Plumbing come out to do my spring A/C maintenance today. My technician was Mike and I was very happy with the work he did. He checked out the system, took pix of what needed attention, and explained everything thoroughly. He also presented me with several options on the work that needed to be done and quoted prices for each option. He was personable, knowledgeable and professional. Wisler obviously cares about the quality of who they hire as customer service seems to be very important to them. That's hard to find these days. Thank you, Mike, it was a pleasure to have you as my technician today!

All of the technicians we have had come to our house have been great and super friendly and helpful and are willing to sit with you and explain what they are doing and the reasons behind doing them.

Nick was great! Very nice guy and very knowledgeable. He explained the charges for replacement of my heat pump compressor and all work was completed in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Nick and Whisler Plumbing to anyone.

We just wanted to share what a wonderful experience we had with Wisler Plumbing ! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars ! Jeremy and John were so polite to deal with and did a superb job ! We couldn't ask for more. We had our bathroom sink repaired and septic lines repaired. They both made sure we were pleased with the work and always sent a text and phone call when they were on the way ! We highly recommend Wisler Plumbing and would definitely get them again ! Brett was pleasant and professional. He had called to say he was on his way after running late from a previous job. He was courteous and polite. He went about doing his work and hummed and talked to himself as he went, sharing information and findings at the end of his assessment. Brett came out last week to do our HVAC inspection and boy was he thorough! He took pictures of the things that needed attention before they caused bigger problems and went over everything and the different options and costs. Wisler got us an appointment for Brett to come back out today and fix the issues he found. Brett was wonderful to work with from the beginning. He kept us updated on the progress, had to run and get a part and came back and finished it all same day (even if it was after 9:30pm before he left) Sorry that you had to stay late, but you are appreciated! Wisler customers for life!! You guys are all amazing!!
