Placed an Order mid November trying to support a smaller company. Took 3 weeks to get a response to an email in which ended in me requesting a cancellation. Was told they would be processing that within a few days. Fast forward to this week and I have emailed again asking where the refund is and have recieved no response. I hate leaving negative reviews but a company should issue refunds as fast as they take the money from customers.

I bought the clamp on muzzle break for my Tikka t3x 7mm Rem Mag, after 4 weeks it's arrived and installed easily and fit like a glove. It took the harsh recoil of the 7mag to a 243 recoil. I'm very satisfied!

Horrible experience with Witt Machine. Ordered 2 suppressors and never got any update for over a month so I requested order cancellation and a refund. A month later and the refund has still not been issued back to my credit card, so I call them and they tell me they are having troubles with their electronic refunding system, and they will have to handwrite refund checks. A few more weeks pass with emails exchanged and I still haven't received anything back. I keep emailing them but they continue to give me a run around about my refund of almost 500$ that is now stuck in limbo.
I have now disputed this with my credit card issuer and hoping that gets it solved. I ended up ordering a different suppressor from Silencer Shop and had it approved and in my hands in less than a few weeks. I would never recommend Witt Machine to anybody, and it appears their most reviewers share the same opinion.

I never write negative reviews, but I placed an order on July 10. I tried cancelling my order last month and I had been waiting for my refund and never received it. I called a few weeks ago and they said they tried refunding me but they’d have to mail me a check. I just called the lady I spoke with said the boss is writing out all the checks himself. I wouldn’t be surprised if this company went out of business. This is what I get for trying to support a small company.

. Made an order for dirty 30. I Realized it will take 4 months to get it. Asked for a refund and now Iv got the run around and they just keep talking about how the boss is taking care of it. 2 months wanting for refund. I received my refund 11/19/2024. They are a small town company like 6 guys working and have been experiencing issues with their payment/refund system. As long as someone Is being honest with me I can back them. This was not a good experience by no means But this is not a perfect world And we are not a perfect people. give mercy where you can.

PISS POOR BUSINESS ETHICS, THEY ONLY GIVE SHORT ANSWERS FOR EMAIL RESPONSES. I'M NOT SURPRISED THESE MORONS HAVEN'T GONE UNDER. THEY ARE BEING REPORTED TO THE BBB AND AG OFFICE BECUASE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND OR MY SME MY ORDER WAS PLACED ON NOVEMBER 29TH 2024

Just a heads up to anyone purchasing a surpressor from Witt Machine. They are backed up, your order may take a while to get made. Be prepared for this, if you can't wait 60-90 days my suggestion would be look elsewhere.The one positive thing about my experience is the staff, they are friendly and helpful. I decided to cancel my order due to it not being fulfilled after about 60 days. I ordered from Griffin Armament and after a week my surpressor arrived at my dealer, it's now in ATF prison and I'm hoping it's parole hearing comes up soon. I really hate waiting for daddy government to tell me I'm allowed to own a product I've purchased. Not to mention paying them $200 for the privilege to shoot without blowing out my eardrums.
