The driver didn’t do anything wrong, but the customer service is beyond the worst experience I’ve ever l had in my life. I have so much bad things to say, but it would exhaust me writing it. You’re better off finding a small company that actually wants to get the job done and makes your life easy. If you are a new homeowner and for waste services, This is not the way to go. They made things so difficult and it looks like they have a terrible system in place because there’s no communication between the main office and the drivers. Smaller and more reliable company,

More and more expensive every month. Even with the 300$ dumpster removal fee, I'll save money with my new service. I just hope they actually canceled my service . I did call back twice to make sure, but the other reviews say they are dishonest about that too. They're pretty snarky on the phone ,until you tell them to come get their dumpster . It's like "wow dude your just selling garbage service, what's there to be so mean and snide over?" lol

Their contracts are misleading. If they give you a contract and the representative tell you something verbally make sure he writes it down because if he don’t, they’re going to deny it that’s why I will never have a contract with them again. Or recommend this company to anyone else
