Consistent. You have a lady driver that is very friendly. When able to see her, she offers a bit of education on recycling or is just happy to see us and is very pleasant. I wish we could run into her more often. That's what service is all about...Represents WM Culture with Good people

My experience with WM has been excellent. The reason for the high marks is the driver’s attention to detail . I watched them pick up my extra trash that was setting off to the side, chase after recycling that blew away from their truck and wave to me as I was going to collect my bins from the end of my driveway.

Oh another thing, I was late putting out my bins one Friday morning and they circled back to collect my garbage or recycling. That’s what I call attention to his /her job. Thanks!

We have been a customer of WM over 30 years. Recently received an email saying we will be fined if lid on garbage container are not completely closed. This is just absurd, the driver still doesn’t have to get out of his truck to pickup garbage. We are considering switching our services. It’s not every month that our garbage is overflowing.
Then we called and we told we could not put out extra bags. We have to call a schedule for extra pickup and pay a fee. As much as we pay we should be able to have extra garbage two to three times a year. See photo attached.

Horrible. Never notified of change in pickup date from Tues to Monday. My recycling and our neighbors garbage still on side of road as of Thursday. Horrible website to report missed pick up and even more terrible automated service. Disconnected multiple times. Transferred to another agent, but on hold for over 15 min. Called back and agent claiming that I was notified of service change, but never was. Also a sticker placed on the garbage can late Tues night stating a new pickup day on Monday starting next week. Agent refused to have recycling picked up stating my cans were not to curb by Monday. Asked to cancel service and Transferred once again and on hold for over 15 minutes.

Waste Management has been our trash disposal service company since 1993. We have always had excellent service and the office support personnel are always there with any concerns with prompt results!

I spoke with xiomara on 1-17-2025 in regards to my garbage bin not being emptied out. She said she would call me back in an hour to let me know if they would come back around to empty it or if they would come out on Saturday. She also stated for me to leave the garbage bin out so that they can empty it. Today is 1-22-2025 and they never came.

Our church shifted to Waste Management a few weeks ago for trash and recycling pickup after some issues with our last company. We have been very pleased with the change. They have been very professional, following through with what they say will happen. They had a team check in with us for the first few weeks during the transition. They helped us understand the expectations. Very happy we made the change!
