My bin did not get emptied on the 30th of Oct. It was full and in the usual place. Drivers excuse was "Bin not visible", yet clearly in the video of p/u of 713 3rd street, you can see my container in the picture, in the background. I was unable to speak to a human in person..1st contact via written complaint, hung up on me, cancelled the contact. 2nd contact was better, but still no result. I had to wait until last Wed., no trash was picked up, not anything picked up, after promising they would send a special pick-up truck by Fri...I asked them to pick-up trash in both recycle and trash bins, as at that points was swimming in trash. This was not done.. I'm sure I will be charged for a pick up that didn't happen...nothing happened until last WED...I am so frustrated, still overloaded with trash and trying to figure out how to get rid of one weeks trash added to my every week trash. Can't SOMEONE intervene personally and help me out? I am still dealing with an extra weeks worth of garbage!

I think this company is a solid and improving 5 star! pleasure is mine and my wife see or also hears at the same time weekly early in the morning our consistantly awesome DRIVER who HAS waited..... once in years. Lol actually forgot to have the garbage out.. our guy was so cool to have waited. In fact, the following day I left a beautiful Orland apple ? or I can't remember which fruit ... and a coffee ...also
a note which he read while I was peaking..so I wouldn't embarrass him...or me ..just me...lol
he drove off, looked back to the window side, and waved his hand...Mr Great driver! Our great driver! WM!!!
Give this man a raise! I'm sure you didn't miss it this past raise ...in baseball Willie May's referred to as a 5 tool player...WM and our talented driver are also in this category. I hope is to not affend any customers who think im a homer or whatever bad or unhappy they may be...i simply say what what ive experien ced in this case,5 star review 5 tool playas!
WM you have my address to locate your driver for he probably would want to be mentioned this message with all do respect.... seriously, from the business side, your company's shown excellence from the well detailed trucks to your work ethic with a ? smile. All important details to running such a huge corporation.Its not many corps i would ever speak so highly on multiple aspects.

I appreciate the commitment and consistency of all of the WM drivers. What would we do without them I appreciate the punctuality of WM drivers. The service is excellent. The communication of the company to all of the customers is top rate and thorough. I like all of the information with colorful diagrams and charts. It helps me to better understand how to recycle our refuse.

12/19/24 WM did not pick up our recycling bin. When I checked online our account showed the bin was picked up. I called and was told to keep the bin our and a recovery would be done. It did not happen until the next scheduled pickup. 01/04/24 I called WM to add a 2nd recycling bin. As of today, 01/16/24 our recycling bin was emptied, but WM did not drop off a 2nd recycling bin. I also tried chatting today and went through a auto loop of options, so I called. I was on hold for over 41 minutes then hung up. Really discouraging. So frustrated.

So thankful your trucks come to our home. We are trying to put Only #1 and #2 plastics besides glass and tin and aluminum cans and paper and flattened cardboard. What can we do with the other number plastic?

during covid my local WM told me i would be getting the dumpster i ordered. when delivered it was half the size as i needed. with calls back and forth they pretty much told me nothing could be done. Brian stepped in from the local branch and was able to resolve the issue swiftly and personally swapped the dumpsters out. we have had a great experience ever since Brian Stepped in.
