Our company performs demolition projects all over the midwest and it's nice to have a nationwide presence for C&D waste disposal. WM always has a fast response to concerns and the online profile paperwork is very easy to navigate. keep up the great work WM

Extremely disappointed with this place! I brought the trash myself, weighing less than half a ton, and they charged me $155.19! This is outrageous. At the previous place where I used to drop off trash, I paid around $50 per ton, which is much more reasonable. The prices here are completely unjustified, and the service is non-existent. If you value your money, avoid this place at all costs. I will never come back here again!

Automated call service sucks, it doesn’t offer a prompt to speak to a human. It’s very unorganized literally just trying to schedule a pick up for my trash. Wasn’t expecting trash service from a Garbage company go figure.
I literally watched the Dump truck drive-by call their automated service and it says it hasn’t been picked up yet…. Why replace real people with an automated service? That’s this bad 🤦🏻‍♂️

We shifted to Waste Management a few months ago for our church's trash and recycling pickup. They were very helpful in onboarding us. I also appreciate that they let us know when garbage went into the recycling, so that we can pay attention to who may need further education.

Weekly container Service is ok no complaints same as my previous provider and new one. Frequent weekly over charges, they enroll you into 3 year contract and try locking you with fees if you want to switch providers or cancel. I had to fill out and notarize an affidavit to cancel my service even though I had used them well over the 3 year term we originally agreed on. My new provider is half the cost for the exact same service.

Very good reliable house hold service collection that I would recommend to others.

As well as the normal pickup of waste and recyclables they allow for one large item to be collected.

When calling WM with a question you actually speak to a person. They will promptly answer all questions do you enjoy the rest of the day.

Waste has been great they are fast on garbage pick up days no problems. It would be nice like in some towns they have a separate bin for yard waste instead of using the brown bags or getting away from using the yard waste stickers.
