I have been sitting on hold with this company for over 45 minutes now! On hold as I am writing this review. What a joke!!!! Been a customer a whole week and nothing but issues not to mention can't talk to anyone on the phone. Didn't deliver 2 containers that were ordered, suppose to deliver the missing one the same day , that didn't happen, "Chatted" again Monday morning, told would be delivered this Friday, well ended up being delivered yesterday. Pick up was suppose to be today ...... drove right by the brand new can and didn't pick it up. I want this service cancelled NOW! If this is how they run a business and provide customer service this is not the company I want to deal with it. You need better communication and better customer service WM! This entire experience has been unacceptable!

UPDATE: Next morning now. Was on hold for 30 minutes FINALLY spoke to a real person who was helpful cancelled the service! Now he seemed to be on his game lets see if the field workers will hold up to what they are suppose to do today and tomorrow which is empty the can they drove by yesterday and pick up the cans tomorrow! Not holding my breath!!!!

If you have a choice to pick ANYBODY else instead of Waste Management do that! Way over priced and the driver's skip routes on purpose and you're never given a credit on your bill for it, nor do they ever send anybody back you can go 3 weeks without service but they make you pay in full regardless.

Set up a 4 yard container. After a week they did not pick up. They then called and said they don't service where I am at. I was asked to do a survey. I did this. Management contacted me. Update: I had already filled the container with waste. I was refunded all but for one pickup. They left a voice message saying they would not charge me for picking it up for disposal. They didn't have to do that. Thank you.

Dump times 7am to 3pm… we arrived at 7:15 am no one was available. There were workers on the premises working but no one in the office. We waited until about 730am pulled off the scale and already had turned around with the dump trailer. A lady worker comes out and told us to go around and get back on the scale. We were already leaving and advised her we will go somewhere else she had attitude. We than advised her it states the landfilled opens at 7:am she waved us off and said “okay”.

Waste Management has to be the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of using. They make empty promises, charge extra for everything... even when they miss a pick up they will charge extra for the extra trash they pick up the following week. They miss pick ups all the damn time!! Terrible customer service...that is if you can even get a hold of a real person! They canceled my last pick up due to a little rain and now have to wait yet another WEEK before they pick up. How can you run a business like that? If you miss a pick up, you better be picking it up asap! Not a week later. Terrible Terrible company!!!

They miss pick ups often, demand payment for what...? How dare you charge when you can't keep up with your one job. If you miss a pick up, pick it up ASAP!! Not the next pick up day a week later!!!! Ugh!!

Waste management is clear with communication. You know what your trash days are on holidays as you'll get emails which is all I need for communication. Price is average. I don't recall ever having trash all over at all so when they pick up it's clean and no trash on the ground.

Place is horrible trying to call, just a stupid loop had to hang up because it was impossible to get a person on the phone
