Waste Management crushed my 35 gallon yard waste can and wont replace it as they claim to not have any responsibility for damage. This is terrible customer service and they only get away with it because they are a large company while a small company would be sued or regulated out of business for this.

My entire 4 years at my residence I used extra black cans for garbage along with the green never had a problem now today they left my black cans only took the green and when I called they said they do not take garbage that isn’t in their green can. Damn that would have been nice to know 4 years ago now I’m left with garbage !!!!

0 stars!!! Lousy service! Prices keep going up and service going down. I put out an area rug, rolled and secured for pick up. It was an 10 x 13’ rug and i was told it was too big for the truck! This is ridiculous. The rug was rolled and folded at a 6.5’ length and would easily fit in the truck. I am a senior citizen and cannot be moving that thing around. Unfortunately, it’s raining tonight and it will become a permanent fixture in the alley.
