Service is good, they pick up when they are suppose to and keep me updated via text when it will be a holiday. However their prices have gone up way too much in the last year!

On Monday one of my two-yard waste containers was not picked up. I sent a message about the missed p/u. received confirmation that stated it would take up to 48 hours for p/u. Wednesday container was still full, I sent another message received confirmation. Up to this moment, Thursday, the container is still full. It is now obvious to me that WM is not going to make the p/u as Monday is fast approaching which is the regular p/u day.

I received one month's bill for $113. My normal bill should be 71 dollars. They keep telling me they're going to fix it they're going to fix it I stop them from picking up my garbage until I get a decent bill that keeps sending me the bill for months that I haven't even had garbage and they know they're not picking the garbage up. No I've even called the headquarters in Texas still can't get any answer for it. I'm waiting for them to do something to my credit or send me a last chance to ditch effort and then I'm going to pounce on them and go Nationwide with their mess. I'm elderly and I fractured my hip and I asked him please come inside the yard and pick up my garbage they couldn't do that when I told them never mind I'm back well again after 4 months of not coming into the yard and picking it up and people taking it directly to the dump they want to charge me they must be out of their mind. This is such an unprofessional company.

The drivers are very conscientious and accommodating. We had a service guy parked in the way when they were coming to pick up the trash and the driver waited the 1 minute it took for the technician to move out the can so it could be dumped and then waited why I moved it back out of the way. I really appreciated the driver's patience and understanding!!!

My trash was not collected this week. I used your app, webpage and call center to resolve the problem and got no response. I see why my neighbors no longer are your customers. Lack of customer service equates to lack of customers.
