When I started this account the support was amazing. We were able to get everything set up within a matter of a couple of hours. Pick up service was acceptable as well. However, canceling the service is impossible. I have authorized payment of all fees and sent numerous emails with no help. The tubs remain on premises and I continue to get billed. It's been over a month...

Absolutely disgusted. Signed up in May of 2022. Price was 160.69. Now, 2/20/25 the price is 308.16. It doubled in 2.5 years.

When I called to cancel the lady was really nasty, and laughed when she said that not only did I have to pay for February, but I had to pay for March AND pay a service fee to have the dumpster removed. Almost 900 dollars.

I asked to speak to a manager, and she said 3 working days.

Just don't do it.

On our normal schedule, pick up is great. I have absolutely nothing to complain about. It is on the holiday schedules that we have issues. Sometimes pickup is early sometimes it will be later. Needless to say, I usually miss pickup on the holiday schedules.

Can not find a human to answer without a 20 minute wait. Question for waste management is why do they pickup as early at 5:20 am on pickup days in a completely residential neighborhood Can't you reschedule to a business area at that time? We have lived here 23 years in the townhouse and this started in the past year. PLEASE MAKE A CHANGE.

I recently moved to a new home and had to get my trash pickup myself. My previous address had the trash included in the taxes. I chose WM because not only was the website and app very easy to navigate but the office lady was very nice & helpful. The price was very straightforward to the point. No hidden fees like the other company said they would add on to the base price. I have had them for about 6 months now and still very happy.
