I had heard bad things about WM and my own experiences have been mixed. But that was cleared up when I called them and spoke to a real person. I explained how my bill keeps going up while the competition here is much cheaper. Rather than lose a customer, they offered price matching, something I didn't know existed. So I stayed with them. They're reliable. Do a good job. So no point in changing, not since they'll match.

The customer service has been amazing. I was contacted directly by my local rep JoHanna and she is awesome. I had a terrible experience with corporate sales but once I got past that, it’s been fantastic. The website experience is also fast and easy to navigate. The delivery was perfect and the container is in good condition.

Calling the 800 number should be called “waste my time management”. Absolute worst automated menu and service I have ever dealt with. Calling the local number for Lone Pine Transfer never rings, just hangs up on you after a long delay. One star is the lowest rating allowed to post.

After finally receiving a call back explained to the service rep my reason for calling. The connection was so bad I could not understand a word he was saying. Next thing (I assume he was transferring me to someone who could help) a recording came on and said my wait was greater than 5 minutes. 35 minutes later I hung up.

I have had a great experience so far little harder in winter, we luv on the hill so they sometimes can’t get back up her till the following week but other than that I think there ok.

Waste Mangement in Pinetop is the worst company. I have been set up on autopay since day one and every month I still have to manually pay. Their system is not user friendly. You can never get a person on the phone without waiting on hold at least an hour. Then they argue with me and tell me my credit card is expired, not the case. Also, I have been charged a late fee every month, my bill has never been late (good luck getting it removed). I am constantly getting text messages that my trash is going to be picked up on different days too.

Overpriced compared to other companies in the area. Extra charges for using credit card. Charges $75 to pick up trash can if you cancel.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND WASTE MANAGEMENT IN THE PINETOP-LAKESIDE AREA.

What a joke trying to get service terminated. They make it as hard as possible. Over an hour spent on hold with transfers to at least 3 individuals. Trying to use the automated system was impossible. What a rip off having a $75 removal fee of the can. So happy to be able to switch and support a local company.

Stopped by to drop 1000 lbs of construction debris in about 20 big bags. One of the employees helped dragging the bags off the back of my pick up and refused a tip! Amazing!
