I have 1 beef with WM and it is with the company, not Prairie du Chien. They charged $55 for putting my account on vacation hold for 3 months. So, they did not have to stop at our house for trash and did not have to pick up recycles for 3 months. So evidently the paperwork must be catastrophic to put the service on hold.

Service is taken care off quickly, and professionally. I've never had a complaint, and the folks ae more than eager to answer questions, and arrange a pickup on short notice. Great service, and Tom is the best.
