I haven’t had my recycling picked up in 5 weeks! My husband and I have taken turns calling for 4 weeks straight now with no solutions( talked to Dominic) The first time we called there were no notes in the file stating why our recycling didn’t get picked up. They said they would come back within 24-48 hours. That never happened. The past 3 weeks they said either our cans were not out or there was a car blocking the way. Which is funny because the recycling can is always in the middle of the 3 cans, and the actual trash is closest to the cars on the street and that driver has zero problem picking up our can. We filed a dispute and the pics the driver took wasn’t even our house or cars, one of the pics wasn’t even on our street yet this driver is saying it’s our house. Customer service has been no help. We talked to Angelica(supposed manager) this last week and she was absolutely no help. Her suggestion to us was to call the city and have the cars that aren’t ours towed off our street. We told her to just come pick up the can since her driver is incapable of doing his job. She said by law they have to provide us with the can. What’s the point of the can if they aren’t going to empty it every week. We have asked them repeatedly to tell us exactly where to put the cans so the driver would pick it up. We’ve asked them to honk and we will wheel it out at 6am for the driver. We’ve offered to take our video footage to their office to prove to them the cans were accessible and the pics the driver provided were not of our house. They didn’t want us to do that either! So what are we supposed to do?

While collections have been fine, I was sent a notice about a month ago that my can will soon be replaced with ones that have "color compliant" lids. My organics container IS badly cracked, so I eagerly awaited this change. I have been leaving my cans at the curb until nightfall to accommodate your personnel making the change, but it hasn't happened yet. WHEN should I expect these changes?

Update 11/13/24: After I posted what is above, later in the day, which happened to be collection day, they swapped out all of my containers with new ones.

They passed right by my can on the street and did not pick it up. When I tried to call I was told that it was a 30 minute hold time. That's wild. Are they going to reimburse me for my time after were paying them to pick up trash? Then another truck came by the next day, picked up a neighbor's can but skipped mine again. All the other reviews get a canned response. No faith in commercial services anymore

I wish we had a choice in service providers. We are overcharged at our California location. WM will state that is a charged imposed by the the local government. Either way it's crazy. I pay $15 per week in TN. In CA it's north of $400 a month.

Efficient and reliable. Your drivers are courteous and friendly. Always wave if I see them in the morning.

The drivers are great they always take my stuff and leave the area clean. The part I dislike the most is the prices. Theirs no control it’s only getting way more expensive and prices are just getting outrageous. I understand some things are out of control and need to charge more but we need to voice out and demand change asap.

Wanted to see about getting smaller container for trash. Logged into website. Used chat session which went in circles; kept telling me to log in and referred me info that was no help. Called the 800 number. Menu system would not respond to my menu selection whether I entered it on the keypad or voiced it. Since it was not responding it eventually hung up on me. Website and phone system are not user friendly and need to be overhauled. Maybe if the WM CEO tried using it someone might fix it. Will try going to local WM office and talk to a real person.
