We consistently have to call them and ask them to pick up weekly; they only want to pick up every other week, even though we pay for weekly services. And it's a task in itself trying to get anyone to pick up the phone. Our monthly bill (on average) in 2019 was $123; it's now $204 with their newest rate increase. Someone please explain why this business should have a rate increase of almost 66% in just two years; hope the men and women doing the actual labor got a huge raise!!

Destroyed my parking lot with their truck, container is rusted and falling apart rust is staining my parking lot terrible experience do not recommend never put container back in same place most of the time they don’t even fully empty the container.

If you need to call for any reason, you beeter pack a lunch and clear your schedule. No one wants to answer the phone. Recording will say you are 4th in line, then it just rings. I thing Waste Management needs some mamagent.

Poor. Drivers don't care about garbage cans. Continue to just stop them and they land wherever. Garbage can has been broken from dropping and no lid from being dropped. Have pics to prove. Trust me I watch them and see how they treat cans.

The guys that get your garage can are very careless.. they have busted mine and the garbage bags I put in it hangs out the front of it where they busted it ...
