Wonder Electric was very responsive and had a technician out to immediately troubleshoot and replace a blown power outlet for the furnace. The Office Manager, Jessica, and my Technician, Garret, were super nice, polite & professional. Great experience with this company!

Garrett Wiggins came asap. He did a quick and wonderful job. He came in checked every plug to make sure everything was working after fixing the main braker. He didn't make me feel nervous being a female alone. He's a kind Gentlemen. He explained the work he did in a way I could understand. He's safe if you are a female alone. As for the company it also was a great experience. We had a emergency late Sunday and managed to get John Masterson to call us back in less then 5min. He was kind and fast in getting a technician out here. I sent him pictures of the part that had the issue and next morning we were the first job. He made sure of that. The negative reviews sound like they were made from difficult customers and or completely unaware. So take those with a grain of salt cause boy howdy this company is amazing from all aspects.

Called early in the morning and were scheduled for the next day but they were able to fit us in on the day we called after all. Not only was the service by Amanda outstanding but fast and efficient. Our issues were solved so quickly that we asked if there were some other items that could be done and those were done just as swiftly. I would recommend Wonder Electric over and over again. Not only was our experience great but I knew to call due to them being just as exceptional when my father used them in the past. No complaints here, will always recommend and use!

Dylan from Wonder Electric made a visit to diagnose and repair a Ring Video Doorbell Pro that stopped working; this, after prior electricians claimed they couldn't diagnose the issue because they couldn't find the doorbell transformer. Dylan worked quickly to find the transformer and repair the issue (turned out to be a wiring issue). He was quick, thorough, professional, and the out the door price was quite inexpensive. Great job, Dylan! This guy deserves a raise.

They called me back and were here at 7:30 the next morning! Craig H. listened to all my concerns, then he did some troubleshooting and was easily able to find and repair the problem. Thankfully it turned out to be a much smaller problem than I thought it was. I am just beyond grateful for everything. Not too many companies actually care anymore but Wonder Electric does!

I always read the reviews first and all the negative reviews were from people that don’t understand construction. I’ve worked with electrical contractors all over the US and Wonder Electric is one of the highest quality companies I’ve had the pleasure of working with.

They came into this job that was a complete mess and in shambles. Managed to turn it around and pass inspection on the first try. Craig and Amanda kicked butt and did a quality job with utmost professionalism. They managed to fix someone’s shooty work in a very short period of time.

When you need electrical work that is small or big, I would highly recommend Wonder Electric.

I had issues with a recently installed mini split, that was installed incorrectly by mini split installers. After calling, and leaving a message, I got a response within 15 minutes. Had Craig here 2 hours later diagnosing the problem, and scheduling an appointment to correct the issue. Craig was here bright and early as scheduled, got the job done in a few hours correctly, and was way under what I was expecting to pay
