Anthony was our service provider yesterday in Mount Shasta. He is an outstanding representative of Woods! Very friendly, told us what he would be doing on the property and checked with our local artist, who was working on the property, to make sure she was aware of the fact he would be treating during her time working for us.
Anthony was very efficient and let us know of an area where he noticed some ants and let us know he did not detect any wasp nests. This is all important because the property is a vacation rental and we often host families with children.

Overall a pleasure to interact with Anthony! Thanks!

I sent a request online and received a call back right away and got my first service scheduled with Andy. He was really friendly and answered all the questions I had. After that, Roam, one of their technicians came by and was punctual, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. He was really informative and let me know what he would do around the property and took care of everything right away. Would definitely recommend this company for anyone needing these services!

We switched to Woods recently after years of the same company (the family owned company was sold to a big name company and is garbage now). George, our new “ bug guy” came out and very friendly, professional and, knowledgeable. He did great! When it was time for our next service I was super happy to report to him that whatever he did stopped the spiders. We are so greatfil for a company and employees who still believe in value and hard work. Thank you Woods and George!!!

Woods is a solid service company. Our technician, George, promptly responds to pest remediation requests outside of his bi-monthly visits.
