Marcus and his team went about and beyond for my home engineering needs for over a year. They even were able to provide a few names of contractors to assist me with my home renovation issue. Now because of them my home has been addressed correctly and structurally safe. I highly recommend Marcus as he is the kind of engineer that you that you want looking at the structure of your home. His insight and knowledge of building structures is absolutely impressive.

A client's code violations needed remedies. We received recommendations to get a structural engineer by the city. We found them in the area with great reviews. He came out and delivered an extensive report a week or two later. At least 6 contractors had no idea what the report was saying. Some offered a little tuckpointing. Some said demolish the "leaning brick garage." We finally found a contractor that was a legit Mason and even offered more solutions than even suggested. Violations remedies. Thanks again

A beam in our garage ceiling collapsed. I was getting conflicting information/pricing from contractors so I hired Woods Residential Engineering to draft the architectural plans for the structural repairs. Marcus's plan gave me an accurate plan to provide to the contractors so I knew the repairs were done correctly. His design was functional and his repairs were affordable for homeowners. I would highly recommend.
