First and foremost I would like to say that I've been staying for 3 months now and my stay have been great. The staffs are awesome, understanding and professional. Everyone get along with each other. I honestly have no complaints at all, my room is great, the price is reasonable and I like the set up how it's like an apartment complex. The people who actually lives here long term respects each other for the most part. Management is on point when it comes to handling your issues and complaints. Thanks to Tina for always helping me out and being patient! For an extended stay hotel this one is top notch; there's a gym along with vending machines for the guests and sitting areas in the back that set up like a balcony for everyone to smoke and hangs out

We booked the room when we evacuated due to a hurricane and had no idea what we would get but it was something away from the storm. We were unaware that this is an "extended stay" hotel so there are people that live there for long periods of time. In the three days we were there I got to know some of the "locals", desk staff was super nice and friendly. Rooms were basic but served the purpose we needed. Not The Hilton if that's what you are looking for.... but they were clean, curtious and over all I would stay again.

Not a pleasant stay at all! The staff was nice but that’s the only good thing. I stayed on the first floor. Along with the stench of weed and cheap appliances, people made a ton of noise inside. The room above me kept me up all night stomping around, moving furniture, banging on the ground, bed banging against the wall due to physical intercourse im guessing. typical upstairs neighbors. It was so bad I had to keep my headphones in all night. Got about an hour of sleep. I asked to move rooms in the morning but they didn’t have any available so I got my refund and left. I will never return

Positive: "" Negative: The hotel has a cockroach infestation. They need to clean their rooms. When guests arrive at night and there is no one at the front desk at night to assist. The blankets looked unwashed with hair all over, and no toilet paper in room.

The hotel manager can be disrespectful, after I reserve to stay for 2 nights, I left the morning early before 11 am because of work, I left the because it was my last day, the manager went away with my knowledge and charged my card for another night, I spoke to him about.
2 weeks after I wanted to stay there , the front dear receptionist is saying that I was band.. Some of the workers are nice.

Extended stay doesn't typically mean section 8. I was told at check in if I wanted clean linen (after the 2 towels for a 4 day stay) I had to pay for it. Same for the sheets. Cleaning service only provided after 14 days. Trash removal was up to me but they did provide a dumpster in the parking lot. No ice machines. I definitely will not be returning, I would have left but I was here to see my sick mother.

The hotel is nice the kids are very friendly met some kids named jasmine,Budda,and DD they were very helpful and helped me move in my room they made it faster for me to get in if it wasn't for them it would have took me a long time to move my stuff in. The staff is very friendly also I, Tina was very helpful and showed me my room and took me through the whole process of getting the Internet and Elson is very nice and helpful really recommend this hotel❤️❤️

We sold our house and were moving out of state. We had to tie up some lose ends and needed a place to stay that allowed pets for a week. This was the closest one in the area. We read the reviews and they weren't too good but we were in a pinch. I came in not expecting much. The parking lot was always full in the evening and we had to park a distance. The front desk was always super cordial so no complaints on that. Now here are the negatives:

1. There's a very strong scent in the elevator, almost like cheap perfume covering an odor.
2. The elevator is always down, multiple times a day for that whole week.
3. The first room we stayed in was OK, until we saw cockroaches...dead and alive ones. We asked for another room and they said they will look into and send pest control up. We stayed in that room that night with one eye open and no pest control.
4. The next day, they moved us into another room. This was a bigger room and there were no signs of cockroaches.
5. The refrigerator had a horrible stench, otherwise it was decent.

The front desk said they can't control the people that come in, some people bring pests in. One night, the fire alarm came on, some guy burnt food in the microwave and stunk up the whole place. Also, people blantantly smoke weed because the hallway was super smokey and skunky. The parking lot is sketchy at night, people seem to loiter. Overall, not a pleasant experience and won't be staying again.
