Used Woody's for a septic install in lake helen. Wasn't too bad. They accidentally installed drain field into neighboring lot. Quickly came back and relocated it. Although a bit back pitch and off level it works. Called about about and quote for a second property. Paid deposit, and they took off with money. I called and called and just got blown off. Had to get attorney involved to call them and request money to be paid back. After that I would never use or recommend this company...

WOODY'S SEPTIC TANK SERICE IS JUST "THE BEST". We needed a new drain field. Unfortunately, our first experience with All Daytona Septic was a disaster. When we switched to Woody's, the estimator, Rocky, was professional and friendly, but also extremely knowledgeable. He anticipated issues with the installation in our small yard area; showing upmost respect and concern for our landscaping and gardens. When the installers, (Tony and Jim) arrived, they too were prepared and extremely concerned about our landscaping. They worked diligently to move dirt and dig the huge hole necessary without damage to our yard. We were so impressed!! In fact, I would say that OUR LANDSCAPING WAS NICER "AFTER" THE INSTALLATION. We could not believe it and could not have been more satisfied!!! We want to sincerely thank WOODY'S (Rocky, Tony, & Jim) for their outstanding job.

The office staff was proficient and scheduled a tank pump out with me through email (It is tough to tie up my phone). Technician was on time, personable, and knowledgeable. Thorough job. Highly recommend!

I met Greg the owner at a job site. He made me feel so comfortable about the process that was about to take place. I then had to sell the idea of a new septic to the owner. Because he sold it to me so well, I turned around and did the same to the owner. Everyone was super stoked and happy with the process and Woodys did everything that they said they would and then some. I will only be recommending woodys septic services. They are on time, they show up, give great service and the price was right on! Thank you guys

Woody's is awesome. I have used them on 3 separate occasions. All of their techs are professional and friendly and their prices are reasonable. We most recently had an issue with our septic pump, they were able to come out same day and fix it before our system backed up which I am extremely grateful for.

Lady at the Office was Fantastic! Service Men came out 4 hours earlier than scheduled time and were Wonderful! Very informative and explained everything they were doing and why. Will definitely use them again. Just sorry I didn't get their names so I could give them a personal shout-out.
