Had an appointment to get my water pump fixed, dropped my car off and took a cab back to work only to be called back 30 minutes later and told that they didn't order the right part and it would cost over $200 more to have it done that day with another part. Classic bait and switch? I tried to give the benefit of doubt, things happen, however I paid $40 for a pointless round trip cab and they would not pay for my cab or give me a discount on my future repairs. Didn't even offer an apology for the trouble. Terrible customer service and a dishonest owner, will not be back or recommend to anyone

They did a driveline service on my 12 f150 and Dallas did a great job. My first work being done there due to my previous shop dropped the ball. I am very happy with the shop. I definitely recommend it. The owner is very intelligent and won't bite off more than he can chew, I respect that 👌 💯

We love Woolfords Garage. We have used their services for the past five years and they are fast, honest and do what they say they will do when the say they will do it. Very straightforward and simple. The garage has got to be the cleanest shop I have ever seen. They will treat you right and are fair in their pricing. You can tell from the first time you work with them that they are honest and straightforward.

Awesome, reliable, honest shop! If your car is having trouble and may need a repair, consider this shop first!!! We brought my father's Ford Ranger in because it was having starting problems and the owner (I believe) came outside in the blistering wind and diagnosed and fixed the problem right there. Didn't charge us anything and got us back on the road. We've had work done here previously and had always left satisfied. Thank you Wolford's garage!
