The counter associate Dave Quinn was extremely helpful in helping me select the materials I needed for my job.
I found them to be very reasonable with prices as electrical items can get very pricey quickly.

The guy at the counter had no interest in helping me with what I was searching for. Mumbled every answer like he had a mouth full of marbles. Loves to say no to a lot of questions. No initiative or customer service skills whatsoever. It couldn't have been a more negative experience. All I asked for was an enclosure for a pcb that I showed him, and four adhesive mounts. He looked at me like I had a horses head on. A customer that had just walked in and gave me advice to where to go. EDIT: just visited this place again. This time looking for 20ft of stranded/braided wire. The guy sent me to Windy City where they require you to purchase 1000ft at a time. I went back to World electrical supply and I said "so this is an electrical supply store and you don't carry wire?" Front counter person says "no". ? Meanwhile the guy standing next to me has a shopping cart with three coils of wire in the cart. This place is strange.

From John Benedict in the office and Peter on the counter He always is attentive and helpful every time I stop in at the counter two of my favorite guys and I can’t forget about Larry the driver Larry’s awesome. I never shop anywhere else. Five star service 🙌

Charlene & Joanna will greet you with nothing but attitude. If you want to go to a shop that does not care about suppliers and you have a ton of time to waste and want to deal with nasty people that then get confused when they get met with the same nasty then go to this shop. If you need other suppliers here is a list of anyone that is better, city electric (and that says something since they are only two stars), miami dade, graybar, home depot, a random back alley.

Good. Thing they have the item..
But Updating a year later...call yesterday Tuesday and waited 23 minutes .
I hang up and call back again and again they answer but the guys at the sale counter are not of interest.....
.sad but actually on hold ..3 times now.Well the star because the secretary do answer but the front counter omgggggggggg.
I called 7 times. I still waiting...I normally use ced to rexel and others but I never was able to get through here..I was told goodluck by a friend.
