A tasting adventure. I saw a quote on a snack package in world market with the phrase "A tasting adventure of ....." and thought it summed up world market nicely for me. It's a good collection of foods and items from around the world i.e. Japan,Spain, Italy,Korea, etc. I love the fact that the shelf tags show the country of origin of the product being sold. The food are actually all decently priced. Yes,you could find some of the items sold here if you go to chinatown, koreatown, little italy,and so on but this place helps gather all the items in one place and I love them for that. This is a spacious store that's located near Jack London Square with a good amount of parking. When we went on the weekends recently,the parking space was about 80 percent full. It was fairly busy in the store but not too overly crowded at noon time. Besides the food,the store has a collection of home decor items and knick knacks. It's like an adult playground in there, you'll be spending your time looking at the fun and eclectic items all over the place. There's bound to be a treasure to be found by anyone walking in.

I ordered a patio loveseat and chair for delivery. An hour later my wife reminded me that we wanted the couch in the set, not the loveseat. I called customer service and they said they couldn't change or cancel the order. My only option was receive it and then return it to a store.

Their webpage says that you can't cancel orders because their "system is designed to process and ship orders immediately". However, it's a Sunday afternoon. It hasn't shipped yet. And, it's not showing up for a week and a half. Perhaps have already strapped it to the back of the Bangladeshi child that made the couch (sorry, loveseat) and put him on a boat to California. They are an importer.

Anyway, I would have to wait two weeks for the wrong item to show up, rent a truck, return it to a store and then order the correct item. I think we're just going to stick with the loveseat because of how much I now dislike interacting with Cost Plus. We were going to buy another chair in the set but now I'm looking elsewhere.

Great World Market location. There are plenty of options here from furnitures to chocolate and food from all over the world. Spacious store and kind and helpful staff. Overall, it's a great World Market location.

Great environment. You walk in and immediately want to make it your new home. The food section is one of my favorites there. Always trying something new. And with the holidays upon us, their holiday section is fantastic. You want an advent calender (or 12 days of ...)? Take your pick of beer, wine, tea, cocoa, chocolate...or all the above! Even one for your little pets (got two over the last two years)

The store has a wide variety of items from around the world. Very cool place to explore.

This location has horrendous customer service. Never again.

I like this store, I always find things that I see on Instagram reels, they have several sections, such as wines, furniture area, variety of dishes, glass glasses, vintage things. It also caught my attention that you can find mini things. Puedes encargar el línea y recogerlo en tienda, ofrecen envíos 🚚.

For 20 years I have bought McClures speciality garlic pickles from World Market. Now some buyer with head space has decided to no longer stock them. This makes no since as they used to fly off the shelf. I would buy several bottles at a time. The pickles that they have now are run of the mill and can be bought at any grocery store. For those of us who are fans of McClure pickles you can get them through Amazon. It makes no business sense to discontinue such a popular item
