Positive: Size of rooms and the price point is great. Perfect place when traveling with family and kids, the spacious apartment style rooms with full kitchen was a huge benefit. The location is quite good, within a short driving distance of many wineries. Negative: Rooms are starting to get old, light renovations can go a long way.

Lisa, at the Front desk, is an amazing person. She helped me during my check-in and every time needed help. Lisa has excellent customer service. Condo #4308 is in great shape, view is good, and very quiet. Maintenance team and cleaning team are very good. Leticia, from Housekeeper, does a great job. Overall, 100% happy.

Overall experience was good. Upon check-in, we reserved a two bedroom with twin for our grandchildren, and they gave us two rooms with queen beds. Sales personnel are way too aggressive, and getting past them will test your patience. Jacuzzi were close at several locations. We love the location with its proximity to the ocean.

This units are large, comfortable and clean. The full kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. The property is attractive and quiet. Windsor is a perfect central location for a wine country experience.

If you are going to the wine region, this is an excellent location. Many tasting rooms and wineries in the vicinity. The resort is pleasant but usually busy. Rooms are clean. Grounds are maintained. The pool and hot tub are always crowded but clean. The biggest problem is the relentless sales pitch to become a member, upgrade your points etc.

Clean, spacious and well maintained rooms. The grounds were nice but not what we expected for the price- nothing outstanding. We were disappointed that you have to pay for the wifi- $50 for 10 days of wifi and no option for a shorter period. In this day and age, included wifi really should be the norm.

It's a decent resort. Classic timeshare condo layout. Spacious rooms with everything you need. Staff are friendly and there are multiple activities on site. Nice lobby and the grounds are well-maintained. Plenty of parking. Downside: it's very loud from outside noise and the adjacent airport. HVAC shuts off after motion sensor in the kitchen doesn't detect movement in 55 minutes, overzealous cost cutting because of the Green New Deal. Needs some preventative maintenance, hot water stopped working and the hot water heater made a lot of noise all week. Broken glass set on sidewalk with caution sign for three days. Little things that would make a big difference.

1 star for having a hot shower - I needed it after dealing with this staff. Over the course of a week I had 4 issues with my booking (non were resolved, I had to pay ~700 dollars more than I planned).

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with any sort of hotel. If you are looking for any flexibility, helpful customer service, or an enjoyable family experience, avoid this establishment.
