I have a service contract with this company ,and every month they withdraw the money automatically from the bank, and when I need a service I get nothing for at least a week of being down and just loosing business, they don't care, and no one there to talk to ,when you call they put you on hold till you fed-up and hang up the line.
This company needs new staff and new caring management.

WEP might not be THE WORST company when it comes to customer service, but they are on the list. No response to emails. No response to a phone call other than “I’ll send an email”…. Which, you guessed it, gets no response.

No wonder they are losing state contracts! The state even answers when I have questions unlike Worldwide Environmental.

We purchased a machine from Worldwide in 2019, The machine needed to be updated which was supposed to be free. However when we finally got them to come do the update we were charged $300.39. Come to find out we shouldn't have been charged, and Worldwide says call Pendot, Pendot says No, this is all on Worldwide. They only give us the runaround and will not take care of their obligation! Terrible business practice, and very deceiving. Their letter said they would be in touch with us for our free update. They never did, We had to contact them, and then they said it was past the time for the free update. Good thing we weren't holding our breath. I can guarantee our next machine won't say Worldwide on it. Very POOR BUSINESS MORALS. We were a repeat customer too. Won't be next time. I have to at least give them a 1 Star rating...I don't have a Zero star option. Very unsatisfied with being lied to.

I am very disappointed with Worldwide, at this very moment. My machine has been down for 4 weeks. Their technician tried to repair their equipment over 5 times and their equipment is still not working...
As a business, we depend on our equipment to be functioning properly to assist our customers. As a smog shop, we have too much to lose if our equipment isn't functioning properly. It's hard to turn away a customer when equipment isn't functioning for a day, imagine 4 weeks, and continuing. It's honestly a lot...
I thought by using a company located in California, will provide better service, since we ourselves are located in California. I thought by giving my business to a local company was a good idea. An sadly, I was wrong. The previous company which we had before Worldwide, provided service to us for more than 14 years, and no more than 3 days to repair our equipment. With making the new changes in companies, I honestly regret my own decision.
Before you deal with this company, think more than twice and make the best decision, because this will affect your business, your reputation, and your wallet too.

Save yourself the time and frustration! The company and it's employees have no idea how their own equipment works. My station is closed for the second time in less than a month due to issues on WEP's side. To make matters worse, I can't even get ahold of anyone on the phone! Left 7 voicemails today and no calls back! Don't make the same mistake as Nevada and take your business elsewhere!

When calling to set up a work order with Worldwide, they were punctual and were able to get a representative out immediately. Minh came to our shop to help complete the set up for our inspection machine. He was very professional and if we had any questions he would answer them without hesitation. He showed us the ins and outs of the machine and his knowledge of the software was impeccable. Thank you Minh you did an excellent job!!!

Love this company and doing business with them. Our first machine lasted almost 10 years and that is running just about 7/24 in a shop environment that gets into the low 100's in the summer.We got a brand new unit this year and are loving how functional it is. It is even faster than the original unit and now we can use the internet to transmit data instead of having to have a dedicated phone line!. Steve Clark is our service tech and is amazing to work with and supper responsive to any and all our questions.

We purchased a Worldwide emissions machine about 14 months ago for our Subaru dealership and were happy with the machine and the service we received. We then purchased 2 more for our sister Nissan store and the machines and technicians have been nothing but excellent.
When we had a small issue with the machine last week it was odd that we couldnt get through to the help phone number that was always answered promptly in the past. After sending an email to the company, I was immediately contacted by a technician and then received a follow up call and email from Will Delaney, Director of Business Development and one of the owners sons, apologizing and explaining they had a problem with their phone lines and were working to resolve it.
The issue with the machine started Thursday afternoon before Memorial Day and by early Tuesday morning Frank the technician was here and had us up and running in about an hour and the repairs were covered under warranty. Great service, great company. Would highly recommend them for emissions testing products.
