I absolutely love the new owner she is sooo sweet attentive and caring! I loveeee how they always decorate for all the holidays and make it feel so cozy inside & always smells good🥰 😊 it’s my quick and easy one stop shop for all my mailing needs. I also love how I can print there my last minute paperwork🩷 my packages always come safe and secure. She has everything you need to send out packages and letters and I never have to wait, it’s truly a gem!

I was the recipient of a package shipped from Wrap N Pack. It was well protected, albeit filled with excessive amounts of packing peanuts. Packing peanuts are perfect revenge against your enemies if you want them to get the little white fluffs of death spread throughout their house when they open the package.

You can be sure you have made the right choice of carrier whether speed, economy, protection or a combination of these is your chief concern because Wrap N Pack deals with all of the carries except the Pony Express. Also in stock is a great selection of greeting cards & packaging supplies if you choose to do your own packaging. Throw away the scraps and old packages that you have been hanging on to "just in case."

I try not to post bad reviews unless it's important. There are new owners that seem like they're from out of town, and I feel obligated to warn people about how they treat their staff and customers.

My family has been using this service for many years. We know the staff well, and they have always been so kind and welcoming.

Just as the other reviewer said recently, it was like a little family. It had a great environment. Especially due to our favorite staff member who I just learned they had either fired, or she left due to how poorly she was obviously being treated by them. She was there for many years.

Now, the new owners have come in. A couple who are micro-managing the staff to the point of not allowing them to give a warm greeting to their regulars. They couldn't even chat with my family and I even in the slightest, when there's no other customers or business to be attending to.

Picture those episodes in The Office where Will Ferrell comes in as the new manager and it quickly becomes miserable. It's like that, but worse and not funny.

Here in Shasta County, we largely care about integrity, kindness, and loyalty.

The staff here has to be among the most respectful and helpful staff I’ve met, taking time to help me while I was confused with something concerning shipping my packages.

I came to Wrap N Pack because I needed to send my family members some items they were relying on me to get for their daughters quinceañera. The staff was very willing to help me out and answer any questions I had concerning shipping my packages. The staff was also talked in such an uplifting tone which was way better than the stern and harsh tone I have received from staff members at other shipping services because of this I was able to easily communicate with the staff here and quickly get my package shipped.

The staff here contributes to the nice, welcoming, and family friendly environment at Wrap N Pack with how willing they are to work with people such as myself and show nothing but kindness. I enjoyed the service I received here and will continue to come to Wrap N Pack when I am in need of shipping services as well as recommending it to friends and family!

UPDATED 6/25/24: Well, the owner replied to my original review (available below) and said they were working on providing a welcoming and helpful experience. And as previously stated, I have to go in a couple times a month because of work. Well, without a doubt the atmosphere has been better. I walk in and most of the time I am greeted, which I couldn't say was the case before. So I have upgraded my original review by 2 stars. Maybe in another 6 months it will get bumped up again....

I have to go here because of my work on occasion, and I dread it. Almost every time I go in the employees act annoyed and put out, and are flat out not nice. Geez, just be cordial, how hard is that? And on top of that the box prices are insane. It is cardboard for heavens sake. Not recommended by any means.

Extremely friendly staff, very helpful, right to the point all the time. I used the notary a couple of times and the lady was very quick and friendly. They have plenty of stuff to help you get your package going and are informative about the different kinds of transport you can pay for.
