Not allowing people into store. Meet with employee at door who really seemed like he didn't want to be bothered with customers. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Edit and update, since my original review I’ve unfortunately had 2 of the most unpleasant visits in this store. The employees are extremely rude. I guess they only deal with the immediate locals to their area. I’ve definitely learned my lesson with these clowns and will never spend another penny in this place. Buyer beware, you are better off ordering parts online than coming here. Extremely rude and overpriced. The jerk behind the counter openly said he’d rather be at home drinking beer than helping customers, and with a horrible attitude at that. You’d think having my 5 year old daughter he’d have some respect but no, not even for himself. The part I needed for my mower was 89.99, exact same part brand and everything can be ordered at harbor freight for 15 bucks. What a sham, don’t do business here people. I hope their doors get shut permanently and I’ve never felt that way about a business before.

I dropped off my chainsaw for a tune-up as it had not been used in the last five years. It turned over with a pull of the starter rope but offered no signs of starting. It had not been winterized or otherwise prepared for storage. It was just a few days before it was ready. The carburetor was cleaned, fuel filter, fuel line, and spark plug replaced. The results were excellent. The saw is like new again, and the price was reasonable. Everyone I have dealt with at Wright's Equipment Company were friendly, helpful, and polite. I won't hesitate to take other equipment to Wright's for service.

The place is comical. Circus tent of clowns.
They don't have parts.
They can't get parts.
... and definitely not mechanically inclined! Smh.
When they tell you that "they would rather not" and "really don't like to" drill and extract a broken bolt from a part, ...
that should tell you the mechanical experience level. lol.
Just walk in and up to the counter and see for yourself. Funny as hell.
They dont work on any other brands ... not able to order parts for the model brand that they sell for!. Lol. blah, blah blah!!! ... and NEVER have what you need on shelf or stocked. Corporate franchise management needs a shout-out.

... They are definitely NOT the crew that was employed back in the 90s.
That lineup, "would and could" do it all, on ANY brand, make or model!!, with quick service and unlimited level of knowledge and skill on anything you needed repaired or ordered. ... and as good as new and dependable when you got it back.

Tried to call over 50 times today. Phone is always busy. They are the ONLY authorized Snapper dealer around my area but yet I can't get them on the phone when I need a part. Maybe they should invest in an additional phone line. Ridiculous
