If I could give a negative star I would, this is the absolute worst apartment management company ever! I currently live in an apartment building they took over years ago, I have lived here for 10 years, since they came in the ran everyone out so they could increase rent! They harassed people and make living here so uncomfortable just so you can moved out. My refrigerator stopped working and they replaced it with an old one that stopped working also. The maintenance people don’t know how to fix anything. I literally saw the maintenance guy YouTube how to fix a refrigerator, like I couldn’t do that myself! They work on apartments doing remodels after hours without permits and on weekends and I know for a fact because I looked up their permits. Few months ago the apartment manager marisela texted me “Patrick your inspection for move out is schedule for this date” and I asked her when did I tell you I was moving out? And her response was oh my bad I thought you were. I still have those texts that’s how much they wanted me out, I was the last original tenant in their building, no problem, no noise, never late for rent in 10 years, the only problem is that I’m paying less rent than everyone because of rent control. Finally, after a long day of work I came home to a notice on my door saying “we are revoking your parking” for absolutely no reason and that was my final straw. So yes they winning moving out and I know for a fact I can forget my deposit with these thieves. Horrible horrible company! RUN THE OTHER WAY I PROMISE YOU! I CAN’T EVEN SAY EVERYTHING I HAD TO GO THROUG ON HERE BUT I’M WEIGHING MY LEGAL OPTIONS ONCE I LEAVE ! …..the carbon dioxide alarm went off multiple times while I was asleep in the middle of the night I had to leave! Marisela the apartment manager told me to change they batter and when it didn’t work they literally came and left me an extra alarm and battery! I also have the text for that! You can’t make this up!

First of all Laurie the Apartment manager is Beyond phenomenal!!! Always very kind, helpful and a career person at Wsb properties as she was promoted to the regional manager position and way past due. Laurie takes care of her tenants in a way that treats you like family. Wsb properties is extremely well managed, at the helm is Will the accountant, this man is caring, thoughtful and very respectful to everyone. I think I have lived on farm hill Redwood city for approximately 6-7 years. Price right, close to 280 -and forgot to mention the maintenance staff is top notch. Always speedy fast to your requests and always top quality work. Lastly, we have beautiful friendly deer that walk around the property freely and happy. Its their home too. We (my wife, our toddler, dog, cat and I) lived at Morse Gardens in Sunnyvale for 2 years and just moved into a place of our own. We look back very fondly at our time there; we got along well with our neighbors and really like the neighborhood. We interacted with property manager Ben Ruder during our time there and the couple of times we needed something he was quick to take care of it well.
Highly recommend!

We were offered an apartment from Ben after he approved our applications. We confirmed that we would love for him to send over the lease and payment details. He did not reply for half of the day, so we followed up. He replied hours later saying he would send over soon. The next day we followed up again. He replied hours later saying that he gave the apartment to another couple who offered to pay higher than asking rent. He was extremely unprofessional in his commutation style and snakey in how he operates business. I would not trust him or WSB properties. They are clearly trying to make as much money as they can. Unfortunately they are perpetuating systemic issues with the housing market.

I lived in one of the WSB Properties-managed apartments (in Belmont) for over 3 years and really enjoyed the experience. It maintained the site very well and provided a clean and safe place for the tenants. The manager would always respond to my requests and help to solve the problems. I personally would recommend this management company and this place as well.

I seriously considered a unit at 1654 Dwight Way managed by WSB Properties and while I ended up choosing another unit, Sonia was really helpful and came to show me the unit a second time after I'd viewed it during the open house the prior day. The property was older but looked really clean and well managed. From my limited Interaction, I would 100% recommend their management to residents.

I've lived at the WSB property off of Oxford Way for the past five years. If you're a pet parent and have the desire to live on the Peninsula your best bet is with WSB Properties. The family that runs this business will go out of their way to make sure you and your pets have everything you'll need while also giving you the best price in the area. The maintenance staff is well organized and efficient. They're able to refurbish units between tenants quickly, while keeping noise to a minimum. Another crew comes in once a week to clean around the building. This has been especially important with the pandemic. Extra kudos go to the on-site managers, they're super responsive and deal with a lot without asking for anything in return.

I lived in a studio at the Morse Gardens property for about a year and a half. I only moved because I am relocating to Los Angles for work but if I could have packed up that studio and taken it with me I would have!

The property is very quiet and nicely maintained. The studio itself was great - granite counters, nice wood flooring, spacious layout, and an awesome patio area. I looked at a lot of studios before coming across the one at Morse Gardens and none of them compared to what it offered, especially at the rental rate offered.

I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for housing in the Bay Area.
