i contacted WSC and spoke with Chris about converting the room above the garage into an entertainment room. he was very responsive and knowledgable. the initial walk-through took place in Sept when they saw the room and components i already purchased. we entered into a contract with them after finalizing the cost, which was on point. from start to finish, the project took 5 months due to a last-minute component change and backorder delay. initial wiring, in-wall/ceiling speakers installation and some storage/shelf units were installed in 3 days in Oct. nothing happened in Nov as we waited for the media cabinet to arrive. once it did, they spent 3 days in Dec to complete components installations, LED lighting and initial Control4 system programming. with the project 99% complete at this point, we were pretty happy but experienced several issues which they promptly rectified to our satisfaction. it took another 2 months for the motorized window shade to arrive and 2 days in Feb to install it and finalize system programming. i prepared a list during that time lol, and with that, the entertainment room was complete! with the Control4 app and Halo remote, i can control several components (LED lighting, Hunter Douglas window shade, Denon AV receiver, Apple TV 4K, PS5). the 120" VividStorm rising screen and AWOL 3000 Pro UST projector are also connected to Control4 such that they turn on/off with a single press of a button on the wall switch. crisp and booming audio fill the room through a Triad 5.1.2 (Atmos) speaker setup. WSC's support staff was top-notch too, as they communicated and updated us throughout this project. i did subscribe for a year of Essentials+ customer support. i definitely recommend WSC for your home entertainment and automation needs.

As a first-time customer, Chris and his team at WSC have been outstanding in providing the technology and installation support to enhance my home entertainment experience. With the seamless integration of my smart TV, with Apple TV, Cox Cable and other streaming channels. In addition, with my X-Box, turntable, and my online music.

With the installation of the Control 4 system and the Halo Remote, I am able to use just one remote device to control everything vs. the need for multiple remotes. In addition, I can use my smart phone to manage all the functions of my home entertainment center without being in the Home Theater room.

WSC, was also able to do the hard wiring of Cat 6 cable from the top floor TV room to the Home Theater room as well. In addition, WSC installed eero Pro 6E routers, to provide better wi-fi connection throughout the entire house.

Would strongly recommend Chris and WSC for any project related to home theater and smart home designs.

Photo, shows the value of Control 4 to reduce the need for remotes from 4 to 1, and I can use my smart phone as well.
