I was referred to Wycoff from another provider who could not give me the assistance I needed immediately that night.

Jenny called me back on her cell phone, and even though it was after hours and she was involved in personal family affairs, she without hesitation agreed to come down to the location in question after hours after I explained the urgency involved in sampling.

She was timely and even a bit early, keeping me updated along the way. She was equipped, professional, and speedy, as well as personal (she engaged in conversation over our similar backgrounds in construction) took the samples and over- nighted them to an out of state lab that she explained carried more legitimacy for a specific need like mine. She communicated with me on her personal cell and keep me apprised of the process.

Their invoicing was easy and professional, and she even provided me a discount. I would recommend Wycoff for any testing or environmental consulting needs you may have.

Truly one of the most unprofessional organizations I have EVER dealt with. I have lived in the Las Vegas valley for 17-1/2 years, and this one absolutely takes the cake. We received an emailed invoice - the first one - on Oct 1. By Oct 16, my wife was receiving threatening phone calls from Ms Wycoff and her supposed attorney (who's lingo and approach clearly showed an absence of formal legal training), and six (!) emails in one day demanding payment. These threats were primarily about going to small claims court and filing a lien against our home (which most people know would get laughed out of Court after only 15 days of non payment). Folks, this was over $1000, and my insurance company had cut a check (on 9/29) to me without a specific line item that showed they had included payment for Wycoff. These people, and Ms Wycoff in particular, are prone to emotional outbursts that have nothing to do with the task at hand. There are other, better, professional environmental testing firms in the Valley. If you're reading this review, give your choice some hard thought and realize that if one client had this kind of experience with them, and there are no other reviews, the chances are fairly high you are going to end up in some kind of drama and nonsense if you choose to deal with them. Avoid the possibility of any such drama, do yourself a favor, and pick someone else.

As a former client of hers, I can tell you that her business is ALL ABOUT HER and NOT ABOUT THE CLIENT. This behavior includes talking over you during a conversation, unrealistic demands for payment - threatening to sue after less than 10 business days of not being paid (see above), and threatening texts, emails and phone calls. Bottom line: If you don't mind the high probability that you will be involved in drama and problems, and don't mind getting harassed by numerous emails within two weeks of receiving an invoice (that you were originally told to ignore), then by all means, please use Wycoff. I can tell you that a simple search on "LAS VEGAS ASBESTOS TESTING" on Google or Yelp will reveal others who can do it, and certainly with no drama. My recommendation is to avoid the potential for drama and choose someone else for your environmental services and testing needs.
