Hvac service and installation I've experienced in years. This guy really knows his stuff. My ac unit after 12 years had its calling...I had a couple of the regular companies came out to diagnose and give estimates. It was the regular "you need a new ac here's what it will cost..bye! No explanation of what happened or why I would need a unit. I felt I was being left in the dark about something. Found xpress kooling. They came out that same evening. Shane was very thorough and detail in diagnosis and estimate. I needed a new system. But it helped to know what happen and why? He even explained that even though the new unit will basically be the same specs, that I will need a bigger slab as the newer units are bigger than older unit which was 12 years old. The other guys didn't even mention anything about a bigger slab! What were they going to do? Find out on the day of installation then charge me an unreasonable additional charge? 48hrs later I have a brand spanking new unit and it's working great! Fresh cold breeze! 10 yet warranty comes with the unit and 1 year service from xpress kooling! I would highly recommend this company for all your HVAC NEEDS!!

It's not a time that I have called Shane regarding AC services and repairs that he responded immediately. He have been my AC technician for over 15 years. My ac went out and of course the ac goes out on a Sunday. After searching online to diagnosis the problem, I stumbled on Xpress Kooling in my phone. I must have saved it sometime ago but did not use it.

I spoke with Shane and told him what I presumed was the problem he came out to check the unit. Although it started to rain, he pushed through and made sure to leave with my ac unit working and me happy. I am so thankful that he provided quality and honest work. If you are looking for someone to repair, maintain or replace your ac unit, then I would definitely recommend this company. I will be referring Xpress Kooling to my family and friends and use them again as needed.

Shane Xpress Kooling is an excellent company. The owner has been fixing, installing and improving my AC system for 7 years now. During that time he he has repaired my system, installed new ducts, relocated AC ducts, cleaned drain lines, installed surge protectors, cleaned coils. Shane does it all. He is the most honest and humble man in the AC service industry. Always on time, even after hours, and the actual invoice never exceeds the estimate. Shane is so good, he is now used by my daughter and parents. Thank you Shane Express Kooling, you are the best in the Biz.
