Thank you to all the York electric Co op workers for getting our power on. They did a great job. I’m very satisfied. It was not their fault that we lost power but they worked really hard day and night around the clock to make sure we all got our power restored if your power has not been restored, yet be patient it’s coming.you have to remember they also have families out there without power but they’re working very hard to get you and your family the lights back on. I personally want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart and please be safe out there.And remember they are putting their life on the line for us. Y’all are Super Great!!!

If I could have duke, I would. Random outages. And with this hurricane Helene, line men not working 24/7 and I’m still getting billed for power via text While out of power Lines have been down in our neighborhood for 2 days and no crew team!! Keep getting told “your next” every time we call. They just don’t care!!

This is the WORST power company that I've ever been a customer of throughout the World. I need my cpap machine to sleep and can't use it because of not having power restored after storms. I guess the customers are supposed to die first before getting power back in their homes

I’ve always paid my bill when living in York county .. however when I moved out they never took it out of my name , stating they weren’t notified etc but like I thought the apt complex would put it back in their name upon me leaving like other complexes tend to do. So I got charged $180 the highest bill yet and nope I never will pay it since I wasn’t living there. It hit my credit a couple years back come to think about it I should dispute it since I have proof of me not living there but yea watch out for an extremely high bill when you move out make sure all the ducks are in a row.

Have you guys ever tried to call in and make a payment on the prepaid service? What an awful awful automatic payment I love the guys at York Electric when I called and get a real person but this payment system is atrocious. What a nightmare.
