Today our 8 and 10 year old children participated in their first program with YEA at Lauderdale by the sea. They had a great time learning about marine archaeology and both instructors were great! Looking forward to many more programs and volunteering opportunities.

The programs offer by the Youth Environmental Alliance are top notch, there should be more then 5 stars. Our family has been to countless beach clean-ups, group talks, and even had YEA lead several environmentally focused birthday parties.

Each time we interact with YEA we learn. Our broadened understanding of the issues facing our environment has actually changed our behaviors regarding our use of plastic. The insightful knowledge they shared about how invasive species are effecting our local ecosystem was eye opening. Myself and my family highly recommend this organization.

I have thoroughly enjoyed all of the dune restorations and beach clean up projects i have partaken in over the past few months. Me and my boyfriend love to come out and give back to our environment every month and YEA makes that possible. Lee with Project Roc is especially helpful!
