My air conditioner stopped working on the hottest week of the year. Fortunately Zach was able to schedule me for an appointment right away, even though he was busy and most HVAC places had an extremely long wait.

Zach showed up on time, he was very professional and helpful. He wrapped up everything quickly and the repair cost was very reasonable, and it cost much less than I was anticipating.

It was a great experience and I'll be sure to contact Zach first if I have any other HVAC needs.

Zach's Air Conditioning & Heating has become our go-to heat and air company. At first it was our landlords who used him, and he was so polite and professional, now that we own our home, we will continue to use Zach. He strives for next day availability to his customers, is very responsive to phone calls, and he always leaves his work area clean when he is done. I recently moved in and the inspector thought my repair was going to be a big one. Thanks Zack for your honesty. It was a small repair and beacuse was I didnt know my sechudel I paid Zach in advance and he kept his word. I will be calling Zach for all my HVAC needs.
