They came within an hour of calling on a Sunday morning, we had no heat they fixed it and explained everything. This is the second time we have used them, very happy with the service. Very responsive, very nice.

Around 7 this morning we found that our hot water heater was shot. I called around to 3 or 4 places to check availability and pricing. Zark quoted a very reasonable price and indicated that they could do the change out today. They got here around 12:30 and had the new heater installed by 2:00. The main installer and his helper were courteous, and very professional. All in all, that is AMAZING SERVICE. In addition Zark is based in Manhattan and it is especially rewarding to send work to a local contractor.

We had a new AC unit and a new furnace installed on July 22. Also, a new WiFi thermostat. Rob & Zack did a great job showed up to the job on time and they were done in about 5 hours. We have used Zark four or five years now for cleaning and check for our AC unit and our furnace. But it was time for new units. Are units were 25+ years old it was time. What me and my wife liked most was Rob made our whole experience hassle-free when buying new units. They also offer multiple packages and ZERO finance.

I'd highly recommend signing up for their maintenance plan which will keep your HVAC equipment running smoothly! (A few times they've detected issues early during the maintenance visits and able to repair them on the spot vs a service call at a later time which where we do not have heat or AC).

I have been using Zark since moving to New Lenox (5 years now) and all I can say are great things. There isn’t ever an issue with them coming out as soon as possible, they really do put their customers first! Just recently my hot water tank was leaking, I went downstairs to change the furnace filter and saw the water before I panicked I called Zark. I spoke to Nicole who was very helpful, actually it was my first time speaking to Nicole and I could tell she was very genuine with her concern about it getting chilly soon. So she called Rob and within an hour I had an estimate and a time/day for install. Rob and Zach came out and quickly & efficiently installed the new and tossed the old. I would just like to add that Kristie, Bill, Pedro and I know I’m forgetting someone but they are all great and I’m very happy I decided to become a customer of Zark!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
