So far my experience with Zeiter’s has been great, thought my mechanical pump went out but when Tim was going to install it he checked in another outlet and it worked fine. He inspected and is doing his best to figure out my issues which is hopefully the panel.
I don’t believe many companies would go to that extent to help a customer out to not waste your money.
He even called the company that installed the mechanical system to try and figure out the issue as they don’t install mechanical systems.
Truly impressed with the honesty of this company as I’ve had several bad experiences with companies around this area only caring about money! Thank you so much Zeiters !!

Tim came out to help us find and empty our septic tank after moving to a new home. He was incredibly thorough and diligent in locating it, digging it out, and opening a challenging seal before actually emptying the tank. He provided several helpful tips to us as septic newbies, and gave a clear path forward for system, tank, and leach field maintenance. Excellent job, reasonably priced, and would recommend again!

This is the absolute best place to have your septic issues resolved. After having issues with a toilet that wouldn’t flush and kept gurgling on Saturday night, I was busy looking online for what was going on. Suggestions came up and realized it has been a while since the tank has been pumped out. Decided I could wait until Monday morning to call, which I did. The phone was immediately answered and my problem was going to be taken care of the same morning. Dennis called to let me know he was on the way (which I definitely appreciated) and was here when he said he would be. He went to work and took care of draining the septic tank, but there was still an issue with the pipe being plugged elsewhere. He did everything he could to get it to open up, then even helped me call plumbers and explained what they needed to do and if they had the right equipment. I was so very grateful for his help and ended up getting a plumber to come out this same day to see if the issue could be fixed. Dennis did a very professional job and can not say enough with how helpful he was to me. Your business is top notch and you will always have my business. Hopefully others will know the value of a business doing an excellent job over a mediocre one as Zeiters is at the top of the pinnacle. Update: June 10, 2024. It’s been quite a rollercoaster dealing with finding out my septic tank lid was broken and then finding out I was going to need an entire new septic tank but Zeiter’s helped me throughout the entire process. This started with needing my tank pumped out in February to then dealing with a crumbling tank. Zeiter’s are so very helpful and I cannot thank them enough for their expertise and knowledge for what I needed to get everything completed. I stand by my previous statement that Zeiter’s is an amazing company to have come out to help you with your septic issues. Gabrielle, in the office, was extremely efficient in making sure things progressed as quickly as possible. She kept me informed when needed. The workers were professional in doing their job and took care doing the best job possible. They took their time and made sure things were done correctly. I definitely wouldn’t hesitate to call on them for any future problems. Thank YOU, Zeiter’s for everything. You are an A+++ company.
