Excellent team to work with, comprehensive explainations of all options and post installation queries. Very punctual and responsive to all questions. Courteous and efficient technicians and an outstanding receptionist. Have had pleasant experience with replacement of two units and routine maintenance over the last 3 years. AC was not keeping house cold-- Ziegler appointment set up was courteous and efficient getting service here next day - thank you Meredith. David B here on time, efficient , professional and got us all set. I am now on the 2x/ year service contract.

David the serviceman arrived on time. He diagnosed that the problem was the capacitor in about 15 minutes. David clearly explained the problem to me and that the part was covered under warranty. Once he replaced the capacitor I was good to go. I appreciate the honesty and quality of their service!

They just finished my install today. From start to finish in dealing with this company I can tell you they exuded professionalism, knowledge and extreme kindness. I gathered 7 quotes and they were the most reasonable, beating a family members friends quote by half. My attic space was too small and they had to enlarge it, at no additional cost to me. They found an old a/c vent to a room we a long time ago had in the garage. They closed that off for me. I just can't say enough good about them. Thank you Ziegler Air!
